TurnTable are used during conductor / earth wire paying out in uneven terrain or when paying out is to be done from damaged conductor drums. The different part of the bodies is fabricated from alloy steel extrusion. The central shaft rotates on Tapper roller bearing. The breaking arrangement facilitates reducing / stopping rotational speed of drum.

Venus Five rollers are used during Stringing of Quad Bundle Conductors. The Rollers are made up of Aluminum Alloy & Grooves are lined with Neoprene Rubber Flap. The roller rolls on ball bearing. The hanging system of these aerial rollers are consists of yoke and hanging plate. The frames are fabricated from single channel of alloy steel.

(VENUS Mild Steel OPGW Earthing Roller) Running earth clamp is designed specifically for earthing line conductors during “Stringing” operations. The Transmission Line range of portable earthing equipment is suitable for temporary earthing of conductors within the range 132 KV, 275 KV and 400 KV

Conductor Drum Lifting Jacks  are used for clamping & lifting of conductor / earth wire drum. The lifting system of jack is based on mechanical screw jack system. The shaft rotates in the bush fixed in brackets. The braking arrangement facilitates reducing / stopping rotational speed of drum. The bases of the jacks are fabricated from alloy steel. 

VENUS Sag Plate /Clamps are used during final sagging of conductors. The body is fabricated from alloy steel plates and the bolts & nuts are made up of high tensile steel.

Double Sheave Pulleys are use during tower erection & stringing. The pulleys are closed within the frame hence only end of the ropes can be passed across the pulley’s grooves. The frames & pulleys are made up of alloy steel. It comes in “S” or “Eye” hook which swing around on its pivot done on top of the frame. The pulley rolls on ball bearing.

Double Aerial Roller are used during stringing of single conductor, OPGW and sometimes used as a marking roller. The frames are made up of alloy steel while rollers are made up of nylon. The roller rolls on ball bearings.
