VENUS OPGW Articultated Swivel Joint joints are used to connect shocks (conductor) with headboard (Pilot wire). During pulling of conductor it acts as a reliever of tensional strain, induced in the conductor during its manufacturing. These are also used in four sheave pulley block during final sagging. These are made up of high tensile steel. The two halves of unit are joined with bronze bush and thrust bearings which provide better load bearing and rotational ability.
